Payment terms

Payment for training should be received prior to the course. New clients are also required to pay for services in advance. For established clients, or for long term contracts, these payment terms may be revised

Privacy Policy

Confidentiality

Castalia will undertake all reasonable precautions to ensure that any information about the Customer's business affairs coming into its possession, and which is not available to the general public, is held in confidence by Castalia's staff

Privacy

Castalia will not divulge any client contact details to any third party, unless the client expressly requests Castalia to do so in writing

 

 

Cancellation Terms

Should the Customer cancel the service, or postpone it to revised dates, the following charge rates will be payable by the Customer:

  • One calendar week before the service is due to start - the full cost

  • Two calendar weeks before the service is due to start - 50% of the cost

  • Three calendar weeks before the service is due to start - 20% of the cost

  • Over three calendar weeks before the service is due to start - no penalty payment will be charged
