London Bridge Centre

Lafone House, The Leather Market, Weston Street, London SE1 3HN

The closest tube is London Bridge, (10 minutes walk)

From the tube station concourse, follow signs towards the mainline station. The Tube and Main line stations are separated by a covered, arched road called Joiner Street. From the Tube station, turn right on Joiner Street (towards Guys Hospital). Turn left onto St Thomas Street. Turn right into Weston Street

Follow Weston Street for about 5 minutes, and you'll see The Leather Market on the far corner of the junction with Leathermarket Street. Go into the Leather Market, through the archway - the Tannery Café is on your left

Meet in the Tannery Café for coffee on arrival - the training room is in the same building

Highbury Centre

The closest tube is Highbury & Islington, (8-10 minutes walk)

When you exit the station, cross Holloway Road at the traffic lights. Walk along Highbury Place (to the right of Barclays Bank). Take the second turn into Baalbec Road. At the end of Baalbec Road, turn left into Highbury Grove. The Aberdeen Centre is about 20 metres along, opposite the park

By Bus. Buses 4, 19 and 238 stop by the tennis courts, immediately outside the Aberdeen Studios

Waterloo Centre

158 Waterloo Road, London SE1 8SE

The Waterloo Centre is a 2 minute walk from Waterloo Station

From the main platform at Waterloo Station, opposite platform 4, an exit leads to Waterloo Road. Turn right out of the exit along Waterloo Road. The centre is on the corner of Waterloo Road and The Cut, opposite Barclays Bank. The entrance is a brown door, between William Hill and a bookshop

Leeds Centre

Civic Court, Calverley Street, Leeds, LS1 3ED

The Leeds centre is about an 8 minute walk from Leeds railway station. It is in the Civic Court building, located between Calverley Street, Great George Street and Cookbridge Street, close to Leeds Town Hall.

Wendens Ambo Centre

Bulse Grange, Wendens Ambo, Saffron Walden, CB11 4JT

We are in a lovely rural setting, close to Saffron Walden.

By Road:

From London: From junction 8 of the M11 take the left turn A120 at the first roundabout, straight on the A120 at the second, then right at the third roundabout onto the B1383. Follow this road for 10 miles, passing through Stansted, Quendon and Newport. On leaving Newport, the road briefly becomes a dual carriageway. There is a bus stop on the left, just before the left turn into Rookery Lane (opposite the turning for Saffron Walden). Over the level crossing, along a single track road for about 200 yards, there is a sharp right hand bend - you'll see a large silver farm building on the corner. Immediately after this bend turn right into the graveled Visitors Parking area of Bulse Grange

From Bishops Stortford: Travel north on the B1383 towards Stansted, then follow the instructions as above

From the North: Leave the M11 at junction 10. (Beware - there is no southbound exit at junction 9). Left onto the A505 and right at the next roundabout south on the A1301. At Stumps Cross, (the intersection with the A11 and junction 9 of the M11), take the B1383, following signs to Audley End House and Great Chesterfield. About a half mile after Audley End House, ignore the right turn signposted Wendens Ambo. Instead, when the road turns into a dual carriageway, take the next right turn into Rookery Lane (opposite the B1052 for Saffron Walden). Bulse Grange is about 200 yards past the level crossing on the right, as described above

From Cambridge: Take the A130 past Addenbrooks towards Haverhill. Turn right onto the A11. After 3 miles, take the last exit before the M11, signposted Saffron Walden. At the next roundabout, turn right towards Audley End House and Great Chesterfield. About a half mile after Audley End House, ignore the right turn signposted Wendens Ambo. Instead, where the road turns into a dual carriageway, take the next right turn into Rookery Lane (opposite the B1052 for Saffron Walden). Bulse Grange is about 200 yards past the level crossing on the right, as described above

By Air: Stansted Airport is about 10 miles away
