	Trainers Excellent knowledge of product(s). Appropriate product certification is not essential, but would be helpful A minimum of 2 years training experience The ability to train delegates at all levels. Certification (or an appropriate training qualification) is an advantage Excellent interpersonal skills Ideally, trainers should also have general business experience, gained outside the training environment
	Technical Contractors Excellent knowledge of product(s). Appropriate certification is not essential, but would be helpful A minimum of 2 years experience Ideally, you should have good interpersonal skills and experience in varied business environments
	Service Providers E.g. Project Managers Minimum requirements vary depending on the service provided, however you should be able to demonstrate appropriate experience and skills
